Building/structure dates: 184 initial construction
Building/structure dates: 1910 subsequent work
Significance: This adobe structure has probably been utilized since its construction for commercial, as well as residential, purposes. It has housed a butcher shop, general merchandise store, and grocery. The square recessed windows and shed roof are unique elements of the building. Set flush with the street, the structure is of Sonoran style with an off-set rear addition.
