Notes
Survey number HABS AZ-73-7
Building/structure dates: 184 initial construction
Significance: This Early Transitional adobe apartment row house, with its flush front and low-pitched corrugated metal roof is the first in a sequence of similar buildings situated contiguously along the east side of South Convent Avenue. Still in use as it was originally built -- as three apartment dwellings -- this structure contributes to the planare qualities of the South Convent Avenue streetscape.
