Significance: Architectural: the radio station is one of the few unaltered buildings remaining at Ladd Field and the only unaltered World War II radio station in the state. It is noted for its copper eaves. Historical: It is alleged to be the Russian commander's house, although there is no evidence of this and the Russians were housed in a different area of the post.
